- An Independent Physician Association (IPA) in Florida, that was at financial risk for medical services. This payor now has over 545,000 members in Florida and annual revenues over $896 million.
- A Health Maintenance Organization specializing in Medicare Advantage programs collaborating with the payor through all phases of development and implementation. This payor began enrolling new members in 2003, and has grown their membership to over 7,000 and has annual revenues of over $39 million.
